The Hollinshead orchard is a small group of three apple trees on the grounds of Hollinshead Park in northeast Bend, Oregon. The park preserves the former homestead of Sam Hollinshead, one of the earliest settlers in the area.

History

The Hollinshead family homesteaded the property in the late 1800s. The site is now a public park managed by Bend Park & Recreation District. Three apple trees survive on the former homestead and were sampled for DNA in April 2026.
