Get Involved

The Heritage Apple Corps welcomes volunteers, supporters, and anyone interested in preserving Central Oregon's agricultural heritage. There are many ways to participate:

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Orchard restoration workdays - Help with brush clearing, tree maintenance, and site restoration
  • Documentation and photography - Assist with tree inventory, measurements, and photographic records
  • Interpretive signage - Design and installation of educational materials at historic sites
  • Educational workshops - Participate in or help lead community learning events
  • Arboretum support - Assist with the conservation collection at Clarno

Support the Project

  • Attend public events - Visit historic orchards during scheduled tours and workshops
