Usage
Formats a tree link for use in SMW query results.
This template is called by SMW #ask queries with:

Parameters (passed by SMW as numbered params):
- 1 - Page title (automatic)
- 2 - First printout (Has variety)
- 3 - Second printout (Has field tag)
