Description
Pear tree located in the southeast quarter of the Osborn Springs homestead area. The existence of a pear tree at Osborn Springs was noted by an Osborn family descendant in April 2026; the tree was not included in the 2024 CRNG Fruit Orchard Survey, which documented only the three apple trees (Tree 111, Tree 112, and Tree 113).
