A seedling raised by Jean-Baptiste Van Mons of Belgium.

Vigorous, spreading habit.

Fruit

Size: Medium.

Form: Roundish obtuse pyriform.

Skin: Rich clear green, becoming yellow at maturity, with a russet cheek.

Flesh & Flavor: White, half tender, melting, juicy, sweet, pleasant.

Season

Ripens in November.

Abbe Edouard.

One of Van Mons' seedlings. Tree vigorous, spreading. Fruit medium size, roundish obtuse pyriform, rich clear green, becoming yellow at maturity, with a russet cheek. Flesh white, half tender, melting, juicy, sweet, pleasant. Ripens in November.
