A handsomely colored fall apple.

Size and form: Medium, large, regular, oblate.

Skin: Yellow surface, rather thinly striped and splashed with bright red. Dots minute, white, obscure.

Cavity: Regular, russeted.

Stem: Short.

Basin: Wide, deep, abrupt, somewhat furrowed.

Calyx: Open.

Core and flesh: Core closed. Flesh yellowish; flavor subacid, good.
