ALBURY PARK NONSUCH. Cooking, December to March, medium, 3 by 2¾, round conical, ribbed, irregular. Colour, creamy yellow with faint stripes and flush. Flesh, crisp juicy, slightly yellow, sub-acid, no flavour. Growth, spreading. Leaf, medium, oval, sharply pointed, held-up, much up-folded, much twisted, coarsely serrate. Origin undiscovered. An award of Merit was given to this variety in 1892 to Mr. Leach. Not worthy of retention.
