Carnahan's Favorite.

Origin, with Mr. Carnahan, Cincinnati, O. Tree vigorous, productive. Fruit large, roundish conic. Color yellowish, striped and shaded with red, and much sprinkled with green or russet dots. Flesh fine grained, juicy, with a very pleasant vinous flavor. Good December to March.
