Skin: Covered with a thick, rather deep brown-russet, reddish on the side exposed to the sun.

Flesh and Flavor: Very tender, melting, rich, vinous, with plenty of finely perfumed juice. First quality. Reminiscent in shape and flavor of Winter Nelis.
