A native of Forsyth County, North Carolina.

Fruit

Size and Form Medium to large, a little oblate in form.

Skin and Surface Deep yellow, nearly covered with purplish red. Patch of russet around the stalk.

Flesh and Flavor Yellow, firm, aromatic, subacid.

Season and Storage

November to February.
