Form: Globular-conic, very obtuse

Skin: Green, changing to lemon-yellow at maturity. Dotted with brown, and more or less washed with red-brown on the side of the sun.

Flesh: White, fine, buttery, melting, juicy, sugary, acidulous, with a characteristic perfume.
