A variety introduced as new in 1906 by M. Bruant, Poitiers, France.

Fruit

Size: good size.

Form: rather the form of a large fig.

Skin: brilliant yellow, colored with purple on the side of the sun.

Appearance: magnificent.

Flesh: very white, fine, melting, juicy, very sugary, with an agreeable perfume.

Season

July and August.

Quality

First quality; one of the best of the season.
