Belgian variety. Also known as Grosse Angletene de Noisette.

Fruit

Size and Form: Large, long-conic or obtuse-pyramidal.

Skin: Grayish-green, becoming yellow at maturity, slightly bronzed on the side next the sun. Speckled all over with numerous brown dots.

Flesh and Flavor: Yellowish-white, fine, melting, buttery. Juice very plentiful and sugary. Flesh sweet and tasting strongly of almond.

Quality Rating: First (top tier).
