A variety originating in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Medium upright growth habit. An annual bearer.

Fruit

Size and Form: Medium, roundish.

Skin: Yellowish ground color, shaded with deep red in the sun and lighter in the shade. Surface marked with some obscure splashes and stripes. Few light and gray dots scattered across the skin.

Flesh: Yellow, compact texture, moderately juicy. Flavor mild subacid, almost sweet.

Quality: Good.

Season and Storage

December to March. Suitable for storage through the winter months.
