Identification caveat: This catalog entry provides good qualitative descriptors (color, flavor profile, storage capability) but lacks precise measurements (size, weight) or detailed morphological characteristics (stem length, calyx form, cavity depth) that would aid in certain identifications. The source text's garbled passages suggest some historical detail has been lost or corrupted in transcription.
