Mathilde de Rochefort was on trial with Messrs. Simon-Louis at Metz, Lorraine, in 1895. First recorded in Guide Prat. 96 (1895).

Vigorous, forming good pyramids.

Fruit

Size and Form: Small, ovate.

Skin: Covered with russet.

Flesh and Flavor: Fine, melting, very juicy and sugary.

Season

December.
