Central Experimental Farm at Agassiz, British Columbia. Planted in spring 1890. Documented in Catalogue of Fruit Trees under Test (Bulletin No. 3, 1900).

A vigorous, spreading grower with a regular bearing habit.

Fruit

Size and Form: Medium to above medium in size. Form irregularly conical with pronounced ribbing.

Skin: Greenish yellow ground color, nearly covered with a thin russet overlay. Reddish blush on the sunny side.

Flesh and Flavor: Yellowish. Juicy, sprightly, aromatic, sub-acid with a pleasant flavor. Quality good.

Season

Early winter.

Planted Spring 1890. Tree a vigorous spreading grower and a regular bearer. Fruit medium to above medium in size, irregularly conical, ribbed. Skin greenish yellow, nearly covered with a thin russet. and with a reddish blush on the sunny side. Flesh yellowish, juicy, sprightly, aromatic, sub-acid, with a pleasant flavour, quality good. Season early Winter.
