Fruit
Size and Form:
Medium, roundish oblate conic.
Color and Surface:
Yellow, shaded with light red, and splashed and striped with dark red. Surface bears many small light and gray dots.
Stem and Calyx:
Stalk rather short. Calyx closed.
Flesh and Flavor:
Flesh whitish yellow, tender, and juicy. Flavor is pleasant subacid with slight aromatic character.
Core:
Small.
Season
October, November.
Quality
Good.
