Surface Smooth, pale yellow. Dots numerous, minute, and white.

Cavity Wide, shallow, and regular. Stem long and slender.

Basin Shallow, regular, and folded. Eye large, either closed or open.

Flesh and Flavor Flesh yellow, fine-grained, and tender. Flavor very sweet and rich.

Core and Seeds Core rather large, regular, and open, meeting the eye. Seeds numerous and angular.

Quality Very good.

Season

October to December.

Uses

Baking and stock.
