Size and Form: Large, round, slightly conic, regular.

Skin: Smooth, bright red, splashed with darker red. Dots numerous and small.

Cavity: Deep, acute, regular. Stem long.

Basin: Abrupt, deep, regular.

Calyx: Eye small, closed.

Flesh: Yellow, breaking, fine grained.

Flavor: Sub-acid, aromatic.

Quality: Good.

Core and Seeds: Core small, pyriform, regular, nearly closed. Seeds numerous and plump.

Season

October and November.
