Originated with W. Rasche, near Hermann, Missouri. A new variety, of good promise.

Tree

Strong grower, productive, and hardy. Young wood dark brown-red, with prominent buds.

Fruit

Size and Form: Medium, roundish oblate, with obscure ribs.

Stem: Short.

Calyx: Closed.

Skin: Greenish yellow, with small irregularly scattered gray dots and a shade of deeper green suffused throughout; faint traces of russet at the stem end.

Flesh and Flavor: Yellowish, crisp, juicy, mild subacid. Very good.
