Fruit

Size and Form: Above medium. Roundish oblate, irregular and unequal. Variable in form, sometimes approaching oblong or truncated, but the ribs are generally well marked around the cavity and basin. Furrowed and ribbed.

Skin: Yellow ground surface with red and crimson stripes and splashes. Dots minute, white, obscure, and numerous.

Stem: Very short, stout.

Cavity: Regular, slightly russeted, acute.

Basin: Wide, shallow, folded, with irregular corrugations.

Calyx: Large, closed, with large segments.

Flesh and Flavor: White, firm, juicy, fine grained. Sharp acid.

Core: Regular, clasping, closed. Tube conical. Stamens marginal.
