Rutter Seedless

RUTTER SEEDLESS, Ripe just before Kieffer; of largest size and best quality for so large a fruit. Bears in 3 years ½ bushel of fine pears to tree; even more productive than Kieffer and a surer bearer, bearing when Kieffer fails. Size and quality like Idaho, but tree hardy and not subject to blight—worth a thousand times more than Idaho or Lincoln Coreless; Idaho blights to death, Lincoln coreless is to poor to eat.
