AppleLargest apple known; a perfect prodigy for beauty and size; color greenish yellow, shaded and striped with deep red; crisp, rich, juicy, with a delicious, high flavor, unsurpassed for eating, cooking or drying; a long keeper. Was awarded the first prize at the Spokane Fruit Fair in 1895 and 1896 and for the largest apple at the St. Louis Exposition in 1904.
