This is a Russian variety and may be synonymous with Czar and Tsarskaya. It has been grown successfully in the Russian Province of Tambow, north latitude Tree very firm and wonderfully productive, pyramidal. Fruit moderate in size, conical, yellow, red on the sunny side; flesh soft, mellow, agreeable; flavor mild; Aug. and Sept.
