From New Jersey. Fruit, large, roundish conical, clear yellow, bright red in sun, dotted with greenish russet specks; stem, short, slender; calyx, small, closed; basin, furrowed; core, large, open; seeds, plump; flesh, yellowish white, tender, juicy, sub-acid.
